Mending the Fence

I'm not necessarily going to retract my post on
Mike or Butterfly Marketing, because what happened
happened.

But it also would be uncool of me to not let you
know that Mike wrote me and made things right.

Through my own successful product launch, I have
an understanding of what it's like to be in Mike's
shoes that I didn't have at that time.

There's a lot of stress that goes along with
putting your best out to the world - no matter how
good it is, people will take pokes and criticize
what you're about.

And, when the money is coming in it IS much easier
to cut those "less than happy" people go.

It's not that you don't care - that you don't want
EVERYONE to be happy and succeed. I think Mike
wanted that for his customers just as much as I
do.

But at a certain point, one person can become a
headache that isn't worth tolerating at any price.

Now, I don't think I was that kind of headache.

But, put people under stress [and I'm sure Mike
was under considerable stress - Tom Beal too -
and they make decisions occassionally out of
character].

Anyway - the fence has been mended. All is good
AND after spending some time installing the
Butterly Marketing script this AM, it seems
major strides have occured since I got the boot.
